Well folks, it’s finally back!
Gone are the days of waiting hours for Ryan M to get home from work and sort out your Euroscope issues! Gone are the days of the answer to every problem being “That’s just Euroscope, deal with it.” …well maybe not that one but you get the idea!
Please allow me to welcome the Winnipeg FIR Sector File Team which will be lead by our brand new Facility Engineer, Ryan Tardi.
The goal of the sector file team is to train more folks to be familiar with the inner workings of the sector files, and the other programs we all use to control. This will decrease wait times for support AND allow us to get updates out faster, implement new tools more smoothly, and just general be quicker and more efficient with everything we do related to the sector files and the facility.
Ryan Tardi brings lot’s of direct real-world experience to the role and we as a staff team are very excited to get working with him!
